Model A began as a study of restraint—how to create a compact, fully functional space that feels open, calm, and timeless. We prioritized an indoor-outdoor continuum, designing generous covered terraces and orienting the layout to maximize passive ventilation and views toward the garden.

The open-plan core (living, kitchen, and terrace) becomes the heart of the house, while the studio space offers flexibility—serving as an office, guest room, or creative retreat. The home is adaptable, personal, and consciously minimal.

Throughout the process, we worked closely with the team at Las Huertas to ensure the design aligned with the ecological and community values of the masterplan.

A muted, earthy palette grounds the space in its tropical context. We selected local and durable materials to maintain a warm, honest aesthetic.
